Dr Katherine Russell-Smith is a Clinical Psychologist with over 13 years of experience working across private practice and school settings with children, adolescents, and adults.
Katherine supports clients experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety disorders, depression and mood concerns, family and relationship challenges, perinatal mental health, adjustment to life stressors, and school avoidance.
Katherine tailors therapy to each individual, drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-informed approaches including Circle of Security. Her work is collaborative and person-centred, with a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful and lasting change.
